At Atmos, we strive to provide you with the best possible experience. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your product, we’re here to help you find the right solution. Please review our updated Return & Exchange Policy below:

 


 

Returns for Diffusers:

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we want to make the return process as easy as possible for you. However, please note:

  • Returns on diffusers are only accepted within 60 days of receipt.

  • If you decide to return your diffuser within the 60-day window, please contact us at support@atmosfragrance.com to initiate the return process. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

  • Once the diffuser is returned and received, we’ll process your return accordingly.

If you have opted into the “Free Diffuser with Subscription” promotion and cancel your subscription within the 6 month time period, you may keep the diffuser for a discounted price of $99 (over 33% off retail) in lieu of returning it.

 


 

Exchanges for Fragrances:

  • We do not offer refunds on fragrance purchases.

  • However, we know that fragrance is subjective and want you to enjoy scents you love so we’re happy to offer an exchange if you’re not satisfied with your fragrance.

  • If you would like to exchange a fragrance, simply contact us at support@atmosfragrance.com, and we will assist you in getting a fragrance that better suits your preferences.

 


 



Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@atmosfragrance.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 


 

“Free Diffuser with 6 Month Subscription” promotion:

  • If you have opted into the Free Diffuser with Subscription” promotion and cancel your subscription outside of the return window but within the 6 month obligation period, you have 2 options:

    • Option 1: Keep the diffuser for $99 (over 33% off retail).

    • Option 2: Complete the remainder of your subscription to continue receiving fragrance refills.

  • If you cancel within the 60-day trial, you may return the diffuser or opt for the discounted price of $99 (fragrances are not returnable)
